You’re a priority and you’ll feel like one.  We understand there may be times when making it into our office can be challenging and a home visit would be more beneficial. In these circumstances, our docs or nurses will come to you.  You’ll also be able to reach our team via phone, e-mail, text, video calls and more. The sky is the limit. 

No, because breaking out of the insurance box is what allows us to be so innovative! We forgo insurance payments in order to save our patients from the arbitrary, intrusive decisions that inevitably follow with third-party payors. Furthermore, this direct fee-for-services arrangement frees us from the typical contractual agreements that prevent physicians from offering wholesale prices on laboratory tests, imaging, and medications. As it turns out, most of our patients actually save money. 

Yes. We recommend our patients continue a major medical plan with a high deductible and health savings account to ensure financial help should hospitalization or referral to a specialist be necessary. These catastrophic plans are often much less expensive and work supplementary to the individualized care we provide. We’re happy to refer you to insurance representatives who can help customize an insurance plan to your specific needs.

Absolutely. We can connect you to industry leaders in health insurance who build custom plans that remove much of the waste and inefficiency from a typical, bloated policy. Some families could save nearly $1,000/month.

Absolutely! Not only will you have a compassionate healthcare ally who knows you when the need does arise, but you'll be helping to bring about a new kind of healthcare. EvolveMD isn't just a clinic, we are a movement of passionate health professionals, teaming up with the entire community to set a new bar for collaborative, community driven health.

Yes. You need only sign a one-time waiver declaring that neither you nor your doctor will directly bill Medicare for our services. Medicare will still cover any laboratory testing, imaging, medications, or hospitalizations prescribed by our offices.  

In providing superb care with unprecedented sorts of access, we seek to prevent or reduce hospitalizations and specialty referrals. In instances where those types of care are required, we will certainly continue to work with your hospitalist during your hospital stay as well as work closely with any specialist. In some cases, depending on the level of care and the sorts of expertise required, we may rely on those specialized caregivers to manage your treatment. But what you will get is your own dedicated advocate. Someone who truly knows and understands your healthcare needs, working hand in hand with your other care providers. Someone who can take the time to translate and coordinate your care. Often times in our healthcare system, there are too many cooks in the kitchen, and none of them talk to each other. With EvolveMD, you have a Doctor who truly represents you. 

Yes! We are happy to accept children of all ages. As for TransYouth, young people particularly need time to explore these ideas so they can determine their true sense of self, regardless of how they identify.  EvolveMD is a community of people at various stages of this journey who are eager to mentor. At this time, we are not able to provide GNRH blockers or routine vaccinations for young children but we will happily work with you to arrange these. 

By all means, yes!  We know that life happens outside of normal business hours! You may call, email, or text your care team any day, at any hour. We invite you to arrange for home visits, telehealth discussions, or even just meet over coffee, schedules permitting. Just a few of the perks of escaping the healthcare status quo.

Naturally we provide such care – yet another freedom we enjoy together as a result of EvolveMD's independence from the restrictions of third-party payers. Because we know you well, we can streamline your care when you’re away from home. Many illnesses can be diagnosed and treated with a simple conversation by phone, email, text or webcam. We’ll locate the nearest pharmacy and order the medications most appropriate for your circumstances. 

No. We maintain scrupulous standards of privacy. We are never obligated to provide any third party with a copy of your records unless you specifically ask that we do so.
