We need socially just healthcare that re-imagines the relationship between you and your doctor. We specialize in you. EvolveMD exists to address those gaps in our healthcare system that leaves folks out in the cold. Whether that means comprehensive gender-affirming care, someone you can trust to talk about an addiction, or just someone who can reach reliably for routine healthcare. 

We also know there is a lot more to your well-being than prescriptions. We aim to become your trusted health headquarters.

This is the 21st Century. You should be able to access your care team at anytime through a number of means including telephone, text, and virtual visits which are as quick and easy as FaceTime.  Once you become a patient at EvolveMD, there's no more waiting weeks or even months after running out of medication to be seen. You connect straight to your doctor. 

Some visits are just better in person. But we can supplement your care through virtual visits if you prefer and it's appropriate. Your doctor can even come to your home, meet you for coffee, or meet you at the office. Whatever is most convenient for you.

Everyone knows someone who is suffering from addiction to drugs or alcohol. Dr. Strickland is a board certified addiction medicine specialist who is eager to hear your story and help find a way to get your life back. Not only can we prescribe life saving medications (Medication Assisted Treatment) such as Suboxone ©, and Vivitrol ©, among others, but we can connect you counsellors, peer support services, and housing services. 

Gender is a spectrum. There is no one-size-fits-all solution, so your care plan needs to be developed with your specific goals in mind. We sit down and determine exactly how you want to express yourself, then use the tools at our disposal to get there. These include both masculinizing and feminizing hormones (Testosterone, Estrogen, and Progesterone), antiandrogens (Spironolactone and Finasteride) as well as a myriad of other medications and therapies to help you feel and look your best.
